What we need from you

  • Manager access to your Google profile. If you don't have one, you create it with our help, in your name.
  • Access to your domain and website, if you have them.
  • OK to forward your calls through a number we set up, or to set up a new one.
  • Business details and your OK to register texting with carriers.
  • A quick tap or text when a job is done, so the review request goes out.
  • Real photos of your work.
  • Message and website approvals within 2 business days.
  • You answering the phone and your inquiries.

If you cancel

Monthly plans end after 30 days' written notice, once any minimum is over. If you end with no monthly plan, or cancel one, here's who keeps what.

  • You keep: your Google profile and ad accounts, which stay in your name, your directory listings and your CRM data.
  • You can take: the phone number we set up. You may port it out and cover any carrier fee.
  • Stays with us: the website, WhatsApp setup and AI workflows, so automatic review requests and missed-call text-back stop.

Questions

Will this put me first on Google?

We don't promise that, and nobody honestly can. Google decides. We set up the basics it looks for, and showing up more in Maps builds over weeks to months.

Does a higher score mean more calls?

Not on its own. The score is our own checklist and shows what's in place. We don't promise a number of calls, reviews or sales.

Is this for my business?

It's built for local businesses with a real address or service area that can verify a Google profile. If you're in a regulated field like health, finance or legal, ask us first: we check those before we accept the work.

I already have a Google profile and a website. Is this still useful?

It can be. We fix what's there instead of starting over, and we skip the one-page website if you don't need it. The free Business Reality Check will show you what's missing.

Who writes the review requests and messages?

We do, and you approve them before they go out. You're responsible for what they say about your business and prices, so read them.

Can you do all of this in Spanish?

Yes. We work in English or Spanish, and the Spanish versions of your profile description, site and review messages are part of the day-30 bonuses.

Where are the full terms?

In your written scope and agreement, which you get before you pay. In your agreement this service is called the 30-Day Local Launch.
