The fine print, in plain words
Messaging. Up to 2,000 texts and 10,000 emails a month are included. More is billed at cost, only with your OK first.
Texting. The first text after a missed call answers that call and nothing else. Any other text only goes to people who agreed.
Your phone. Missed-call text-back needs your calls to pass through a number we set up: you forward your current number, or use a new line.
Canceling. Give 30 days' written notice. Paid months aren't refunded. You take your CRM data and may port out the phone number we set up; you cover any carrier fee. The website, WhatsApp setup and AI workflows stay with us, and a copy of your website is available for $497 one-time. Your Google profile and ad accounts stay in your name.
